We want to be happy all the time – but in reality the happiness we find in daily life is often short lived and leaves us feeling unfulfilled and frustrated. In this evening talk, Buddhist Monk and internationally renowned guest teacher, Gen Dornying will share simple but profound techniques from Buddha’s teachings to help us stay positive in challenging times. He will explain how meditation can unlock our potential for peace, contentment and a happy life.
