Solving our daily problems
We all face problems and challenges that can be stressful. Through training in meditation, we can discover the real source of our problems and how to deal with them effectively. This course will explain simple Buddhist techniques that help us build a happier, stress free life through training in meditation.
This class is suitable for everyone – those who already meditate and those who are new to meditation.
