Tues Evening Meditation | with Gen Dema
Time | 7.00-8.15pm
Dates | 11 Jan – 8 Feb
Join us for our Buddhist evening meditation class, in person, at The Helena Thompson Museum
These days, many people are discovering that Buddhism has answers to questions and solutions to problems that cannot be found anywhere else. Some of the concepts and practices may seem a little unusual to begin with. However, if we think about them patiently and sincerely, we will discover that they are very meaningful and have great relevance in our daily lives.
This series of meditations is based on Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche’s book ‘Introduction to Buddhism’
This class is particularly suitable for beginners and those who wish to improve their meditation practice. Everyone is welcome.
