These days, with so much unrest in our world, we need to find a reliable method of remaining peaceful, good-natured and with a kind loving heart.
We all have the potential to become a wiser and more compassionate person.
In this series, we will discover and practise inspiring Buddhist meditations which will help us to develop inner strength. Then, when we experience the unavoidable challenges of modern life, we will have found a reliable method to be able to accept them and transform them into opportunities for spiritual growth.
Everyone is welcome. Some experience of meditation will be helpful but not essential.
