Practical meditations to help us to solve our daily problems and difficulties.
This unusual series of inspiring meditations and practical advice will help us to transform our mind from being in an agitated state to being in more a peaceful and positive state. As a result we will be able to help ourself and others more effectively.
Everyone is welcome. Some experience of meditation will be helpful but not essential.
