Do you find yourself stuck in an unhealthy or unhelpful mental habits? Would you like to learn successful ways to break the cycle?
No one wants to hold onto a bad habit, whether it is physical or mental. But breaking them can be so hard! In this course we will learn how to spot some of our bad mental habits we may have and then how to reduce and finally let them go altogether.
