“Everyone, whether religious or non-religious, is looking for happiness all the time and wants to be free from problems and suffering permanently. We can fulfil these wishes through understanding and practising the instructions given in the book” The New Eight Steps to Happiness by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche

Gen Dema will guide us through these eight steps and show how we can transform our mind from its present confused state into the pure wisdom and compassion of an enlightened Buddha. Everyone is welcome to attend.
