Join us for our regular Buddhist evening meditation class, in person as well as online.
This series of Kadampa Buddhist meditations beautifully presented for modern times by meditation master, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, leads us to an inner happiness and freedom that is otherwise unfindable anywhere in our modern world. Following these meditations gives great meaning to our lives by awakening and fulfilling our deepest wishes for peace and happiness for ourselves and others in these troubled and unusual times. The classes are led by Buddhist Nun, Gen Kelsang Dema, in a practical and relevant way. If we practise these meditations the quality of our daily lives will improve.
