Finding peace of mind depends on being able to free our mind from distractions and increase our calm and peaceful minds.
This is the purpose of learning simple meditations such as the breathing meditation. Once we feel less distracted and more calm and peaceful we will be able to relax better and enjoy and develop other positive minds such as love and compassion.
Everyone welcome to join us for half an hour of guided meditation.
These classes will be based on “Meditation for Relaxation”, “Meditations for a Clear Mind”
and “Meditations for a Kind Heart” (downloads or CDs from www.tharpa.com)
Everyone is welcome to join a class and try it out for themselves.
