In this series of four online classes we will look at how difficult minds such as attachment and anger arise on a daily basis. We will see how we can stop them and find a more positive attitude. In a situation such as lockdown we will learn through meditation how we can see it as a challenge or an opportunity for growth rather than as a frustration or a problem. Everyone welcome to attend – beginners and those with experience of meditation.
