Based on Meditation and Relaxation, Clear Mind and Kind Heart from the Living Meditation series.
This course is particularly suitable for those new to meditation. We will be guided in simple meditations that are easy to understand and practise, whether or not you have ever meditated before.
We will learn how to let go of mental busyness and worries and find peace in our hearts. We will be able to improve our mindfulness and grow more resilient.
Meditating on our own mind will help us to develop confidence to be more in control of our emotions, and as a result we will be able to help both ourself and others more effectively.
Each class is self-contained. Drop in when you can. Everyone welcome.
