Challenge yourself, spiritually and physically with this session of Buddhist teachings on clearing negativity – why it’s necessary and how we can learn the methods to do it.

No gym fees, no special equipment needed, just comfortable clothing for floor work.

This session will consist of an hour’s teaching on the methods that Buddhists use to clear negativity and bring about peaceful states of mind at the same time as building fitness. Followed by a session of physical prostrations (at different levels according to your fitness) – lasting around 40 minutes. This session is based on the Buddhist practice of the 35 Confession Buddhas.

Suitable for everyone with an interest in spiritual and physical well being.
