Join us for our regular Buddhist evening meditation class, now in person as well as online.
Based on ‘The New Meditation Handbook’  by Geshe
Kelsang Gyatso,  “The twenty-one meditation practices presented in this book are actual methods to control our mind and experience lasting inner peace”

If we follow this cycle of meditations from day to day, the quality of our life will gradually improve.  We will learn how to untangle our mind from its negativities and create clear inner pathways to positive states of mind.

This class is suitable for everyone, especially those who already meditate and would like to improve their experience.
