Learning to Let Go | Meditation half day course with Kadam Paul Jenkins
Date | Sat 6 March
Time | 10am-1pm

We can all have difficulty being able to let go. Whether it is an argument or some other painful life event or simply of the way things were before they ‘went wrong’. We blame situations, ourselves or others and can feel stuck in a state of frustration, anger and hurt, which stops us from fully enjoying our life.

In this half day course Kadam Paul will explain how Buddha’s profound teachings enable us to discover the real source of pain and difficulty within our minds.  We will learn how to finally release it completely, leaving us with a deep feeling of relief and joy.  In this way we can learn to let go of the past and move forward to the peaceful, joyful and fulfilling future we want.

Everyone is welcome
