How to forgive and forget

Even though we may wish to let go of painful past experiences, it can be very difficult to really do that, and we can even end up prolonging them.
In this meditation course, led by Gen Kelsang Dema, we will see how it is possible to heal our minds of negative emotions such as resentment, anger or being closed off from those who have hurt us. We will see how to gradually and courageously replace these strong unhelpful emotions with wise and compassionate feelings.
Suitable for everyone, regardless of meditation experience.
