Meditation Retreat

Vajrasattva Purification Retreat

Dec 15 – 17th

We all carry in our mind stream many seeds of negative actions that we have created in the past. If we don’t purify these seeds we will have to experience their effects which will ripen in the future as suffering. Due to these negative actions that we have created in the past we also now experience difficulty in developing faith and conviction in Dharma, Buddha’s teachings, and making progress in our spiritual practice.

On this short retreat we will cleanse our mind of delusions and negative karma by practising the meditation and recitation of Vajrasattva prayers, the Buddha of purification.

On Wednesday evening Gen Dema will explain how to do this practice, and then on Thursday and Friday we will actually engage in it.

Everyone is welcome to join in; it’s not necessary to have previous experience.

You can attend whatever sessions are practical for you. To join online, please ask for the Zoom links.

However, it would be very helpful to attend the introduction to the practice on Wed evening.
